What is this numbing pain in my heart

Sorrows like million gravels 

Pricks at different level

What is this  numbing pain in my heart

Soundless screams blast inside my head 

Yet it is adorned with a tiara 

What is this numbing pain in my heart

A heavy invisible load on my back

And I dance like a dried autumn leaf

If only I knew !!!!!
